Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We have openings for our Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in Waite Park and St. Cloud, MN. In this position, the DSP is responsible for developing the skills of people with disabilities so they can live and work in the community at their greatest potential. Full-time 1st (7am – 3pm) or 2nd shift, which receives a $2.25 shift differential (1pm – 8:30pm). Direct Support Professionals work directly with people with disabilities to help them learn the skills necessary to work and live in their community.
We have an opening for a Client Manager at our St. Cloud, MN, location. In this position, you would be responsible for client case management. Additionally, you will be coaching and training staff in skills necessary to assure that WACOSA clients are successful and independent in the workplace environment. Full-time, first shift
