Virtual Job Explorers
Learn about vocational occupations through the
use of media technology, engage live virtually
with local employers and conduct mock job
interviews with their peers and WACOSA Virtual
Online safety skills including how to keep private
information private, how to avoid scams, getting
support from trusted helpers. We will cover
privacy settings on various digital platforms.
Improve your skills with emails and texting, setting
reminders, building schedules, GPS navigation,
android and iPhone apps, smart watches, and
digital tips and tricks.
WACOSA News and Current Events
Participants will learn about and discuss events
and news in and around the community through
a live news show format, adapted for video
Learn about video production and photography.
Class covers basic editing of photos and videos,
graphic design and photo and video
Share your video game skills and knowledge.
WACOSA Theatre Works
Participants engage in creative theatre
activitues, including Charade Parade, Acting
with a Passion, Guess that Foley and more.
Activities led by WACOSA Virtual Faciltator and

theatre, and explore their characteristics; plot,
characters, conflict, music and dialogue.
All Abilities Adaptive Dance
Get moving with guest dance and creative
movement instructors and WACOSA Virtual
Facilitators. Stand up and dance or dance from

together and discuss characters, theme, plot,
Creative Writing, Character Development, Skits
and Poems, group storytelling, skit writing and

This class will cover Rights and Responsibilities, Accessibility, Disability History, Diversity and Equity, and Self and Peer Advocacy
Participants will explore democracy, legislative
representatives, voting and advocacy- both in
general terms and as relates to disability services
Participants learn about and practice strong and
effective communication skills.

Engage in adaptive yoga routines led by guest yoga instructors and WACOSA Virtual Facilitators
Learn how to make some of your favorite foods
using your microwave.
Participants learn about types of relationships
from acquaintances and friends to dating, safe
and healthy interactions, setting and respecting
boundaries and clear and assertive

Positive Health and Fitness
Participants learn about and discuss nutrition,
